“When animals play, they feel safe.”

This is an evening of embodying the most basic, yet poetic, beautiful, playful, sensual and fun parts of our psychology: our primal instincts.

You will slowly and safely be guided into the room, your body and nervous system, and from there investigate where you feel safe and empowered in yourself. From a place of embodied trust — your primal instincts may arise.

If you long for a space of authentic relating, without words —
If you long for a space of bodies speaking, playing & investigating our common human experience in a safe environment —
If you long to exercise your non-pleasing and primal self of raw expression —
If you have no idea what this is, but want to feel more alive, awakened in your senses and relaxed in your nervous system — this workshop is for you.

There is so little space for us to be the animals we actually are in our society from a neuropsychological point of view.
This is a chance to get to know a part of you, which has resided in our humanity since before the age of time.

I welcome you, as a trauma-informed psychologist and embodiment facilitator of the space, together with a caring and skilful care team, to safely, and only with your consent of course, guide you into the exercises and land on the other side again.

The program is:

17.00–17.30 Soft landing in the room, with music, nature outside and each other.
17.30–19.30 The Workshop begins, after the workshop guided integration and closing.
19.30–20.30 Integration on your own, eating your own food, talking and finding the exit.

You don’t need a partner for the workshop, but you can bring one if you want to.
Everything is optional, and there is room and support for taking breaks or staying with one partner if that feels more safe for you (even though it can be very rewarding to try different partners too, in the play rounds).
* No nudity
* No conciousness-altering substances, alcohol or drugs allowed

OBS: no food included, bring your own food for a potlock if you wish, afterwards.

With much love and playful excitement,

Looking forward to seeing you there.
